Resolution Honoring Classmate Randall Arbogast

Hello, Class of '64

 The previous link to follow the progress of the Resolution to honor our classmate, Randall Arbogast, through the West Virginia State Legislature did not work. 

(Apologies for that and computer language ignorance.)

Go to the this link for Bill Status and follow the steps given below. You will be able to watch as the resolution passes through the WV State Senate.

2.       To the right find “Select Bill Type”

3.       Choose “Resolution” then “Submit”

4.       Under “Resolution Quick Search” (Senate) find “Concurrent Resolution” and choose “28” then “Go”

5.       Scroll down and you should find:
